Navigate to your Dashboard, then click on "Documents" in the sidebar. Click the "Upload Document" button to select and upload your files. We support PDF, images, and common document formats.

How do I share my credentials?

When you receive a credential request from an employer or business partner, you'll see it in your "Received Requests" section. Simply match your documents to their requirements and submit.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your documents are stored securely and only shared with parties you authorize.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.
